1. Choose the Center of the Canvas

• Start by marking the center of your canvas. This central point will serve as the anchor for drawing circles around it.

2. Draw a Circle

• Select the ‘Shape’ tool and choose ‘Circle’. Click and drag from the center point outward to your desired radius to create a perfect circle.

3. Use Symmetrical Lines

• Activate the ‘Symmetrical Lines’ feature. This tool allows you to draw multiple symmetrical lines simultaneously. For instance, drawing one line can automatically replicate this line three or four times at symmetrical angles, speeding up your drawing process significantly.

4. Prepare the Frames

• Set up several frames in advance. Each frame will capture a different phase of the fan’s motion, so having them ready will streamline the animation process.

5. Draw Each Fan Blade on Separate Frames

• On each frame, draw one of the fan blades in a different position to represent various stages of rotation. Ensure that the movement between frames is consistent to create a smooth animation.

6. Preview the Animation

• Once all frames are drawn, run a preview of the animation. This step allows you to check the fluidity of the fan blades’ rotation and make any necessary adjustments before finalizing your animation.
